GarBo is the leading provider of construction-related insurance and services in the Nordic region, offering insurance, inspections, and specialist services for a safer construction process and reduced financial risk for over 30 years.
GarBo is now looking for an Office Manager who is service-oriented and flexible, quickly finding solutions to the varying needs and questions that arise in the office. You ensure high quality in your work and aim high towards both shared and individually set goals, wanting to be the heart of our client's operations — the one who makes everyday life in the office run smoothly, makes guests feel welcome, and helps employees thrive a little extra every day.
You are the face of our client's reception, the first to greet our customers with a smile, and the one who ensures the office is a place where people want to be. You will work in a broad role within service and administration and also support internally with bookings, meetings, planning, orders, and more.
Responsibilities
Staff the reception and welcome visitors with warmth and professionalism
Create a positive office experience through good service to both customers and colleagues
Plan, execute, and initiate activities, kick-offs, and events that nurture and strengthen GarBo's culture and brand.
Be responsible for the office and support with orders, logistics, and meeting bookings
Drive initiatives that contribute to well-being, engagement, and community
Qualifications
You are a service-oriented doer who loves to create order, energy, and joy. You have a natural sense for details and understand the value of personal interaction — both internally and externally.
We believe that you:
Have at least 1-3 years of experience as an office manager, assistant, or in a similar role
Are social, proactive, and make things happen
Have a knack for hospitality and a good atmosphere
Thrive in a varied role with both structure and creativity
Have good knowledge of Swedish and English, as well as good digital skills

More about the position:
The position is a consultancy assignment for 6 months, with good opportunities for extension or employment if both parties wish.
Start date: immediate
Scope: Full-time, 37.5 hours work week
Location: Centrally in Stockholm, Norrlandsgatan 15
The role reports directly to the CEO of GarBo.
A background check will be conducted on the final candidate before the assignment.
